Refund & Cancellation Policy

Nirmala Global Charitable Trust appreciates every contribution made towards our charitable activities. Donations received by the Trust are used to support our programmes and charitable objectives. We follow the policy below regarding refunds and cancellations.

1. Donation Confirmation

Once a donation is successfully completed, the donor may receive an acknowledgement or donation receipt using the contact details provided at the time of contribution.

2. Refund Requests

As donations are intended for charitable purposes, refunds are generally not provided once a donation has been successfully processed.

However, a refund request may be considered in exceptional circumstances, such as:

• Duplicate payment made accidentally.
• Incorrect amount charged due to a technical or payment-processing error.
• Payment made without the donor’s authorisation.
• Any other genuine payment-related issue, subject to verification.

3. How to Request a Refund

If you believe that a payment has been made in error or has been charged incorrectly, please contact us as soon as possible with:

• Donor’s name
• Date of transaction
• Amount donated
• Transaction/reference number
• Reason for the refund request
• Relevant payment details or proof of transaction

4. Review of Refund Requests

All refund requests will be reviewed by Nirmala Global Charitable Trust on a case-by-case basis. Where a refund is approved, it will generally be processed through the original payment method, subject to applicable payment-processing timelines.

5. Non-Refundable Contributions

Donations that have already been allocated or utilised for charitable activities may not be eligible for a refund. The Trust reserves the right to determine the eligibility of a refund after reviewing the circumstances of the request.
